Cover and sample spreads from Trizec Properties’ annual report. The client was a Chicago-based commercial real estate trust, with office buildings across the country. The theme "Beyond" was chosen to express the level of service and attention given to its’ Fortune 500 tenant base. We took all new photography for the annual in New York, Washington D.C., Chicago and Los Angeles.
